Description

Class Experience

This is a one-time session with opportunities to sign up for additional tutoring instruction. My goal is to move a reader from where he/she is to the next level. The topics for instruction may include a combination of the following: phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency and/or comprehension. All of my classes are full of interaction. Students will improve reading development through the use of various strategies and practice.

Homework will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Students: whiteboard & marker OR pencil and paper

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Written feedback will be provided based on formal and informal assessments.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
