Class Experience

This offering is designed to achieve the ultimate personalized learning options. Here are a few reasons you may choose to schedule a quick chat session:

1. you prefer to discuss and collaborate through conversation
2. you feel like you are not able to get what you need through an email conversation
3. you love your self-paced class, but also want the option to talk directly with your learning leader
4. would like a consultation to ensure your classes with the learning leader are adapted and maximizing your opportunities
5. would like a scheduled feedback session to collaborate on learning plans

Scheduling
There are select open times to schedule. If you do not see a time that best fits your schedule, please reach out an suggest 3 times to coordinate.

Offering opportunities to differentiate learning, understand learner preferences, and offer a personalized and share lived experiences is what this class is designed for. It is not that you need to collaborate with you learning leader all the time, just for a quick chat.

Each class will be uniquely tailored to the learner and their reasons for enrollment. Upon receiving the welcome email, please complete the learner questionnaire so we may both prepare for a highly effective engagement. The structure of this class and our conversations are as individualized and personalized as each of our learners and seeks to apply the following standards based on the World Economic Forum 2025 In-Demand Core Skills:
1. creative thinking 2. analytical thinking 3. technology literacy 4. curiosity and lifelong learning 5. resilience, flexibility and agility 8. motivation and self-awareness 9. talent management 10. service orientation and customer service

Learning Goals

By the end of this this class, learners will have achieved their goal as defined in their pre-call plan ( learner survey). This goal is unique and individual per the session and collaboratively defined by the learner, parent/guardian, and the teacher as applicable.
