Students will be prepared for common interview questions and know the ideal response. They will learn how to elicit positive reactions from the interviewers with keys to a successful presentation and prepared questions for the interviewer. Learners will know how to research & systematically prepare for any interview. Arranging for a 2nd class meeting would boost their confidence and allow for individual counseling for improvement. They will leave with skills that will be useful for their lifetime.
I have worked over 12 years for the federal government either as a human resources manager or an HR Dept.auditor. I have interviewed hundreds of students entering a federal job training program and hundreds or thousands of employment candidates from entry-level to second tier management positions. Additionally, as a radio personality, I have interviewed dozens of guests in a live-on-air format.
