1 hour per week. To reinforce learning and foster practical application, students are encouraged to integrate newly acquired concepts into their daily chess practice, engaging in games with siblings, friends, or parents to solidify their understanding and develop their skills.
Certificate of Completion
Upon successfully completing our Beginner Chess Lessons Level- 2 (Chess-Craft) , participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their dedication to learning and demonstrating proficiency in Tactical Skills and Strategic Fundamentals. This certificate serves as a testament to their achievement and commitment to chess excellence.

Class Experience

US Grade 1 - 4
Beginner Level
Join our Beginners Level 2 chess course, a 10-week foundational program. We'll build skills in effective piece development, basic checkmating strategies, essential endgame knowledge, and fundamental tactics. Our structured lessons will feature interactive presentations, on topics like-
1. Mate in 2 
2. Rook Mate 
3. Active and passive pieces
4. double attack and forks
practice games, and  conversations. Instruction will be delivered through a mix of instructional materials, visual aids, and video tutorials, with plenty of opportunities for student-instructor interaction and guidance. My teaching approach is approachable, encouraging, and focused on hands-on learning. Student will engage with me through regular online discussions, game reviews, and live Q&A, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Learning Goals

Tactical Skills: Checkmate techniques, piece management, and tactical excellence.
Strategic Fundamentals: Strategic piece deployment, dynamic chess principles, and positional evaluation.

Parental Guidance
To maintain privacy, we utilize the anonymous gameplay feature on Lichess for all chess play activities.
Supply List
For a seamless and secure learning experience, we will utilize LICHESS.ORG for interactive gameplay. To ensure learner anonymity and safety, we will provide anonymous access links, eliminating the need for account creation."
