Our Founder’s Background

As a proud native Spanish speaker with a Master’s Degree from the prestigious University of Salamanca in Spain, our founder brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge and experience. Profe Roncancio has personally helped over 100 students pass the AP Spanish exam with scores of 3, 4, or 5. With over 13 years of experience as an AP Spanish exams scorer, Profe Roncancio has a unique understanding of what it takes to achieve top marks.

At Habla Hogar, every class is an adventure, and we love to make learning fun by integrating hands-on cultural experiences. One of the highlights? Some of our classes and summer camps end with a cooking session, where students prepare traditional dishes from Spanish-speaking countries. It’s a delicious way to bring the culture alive, while practicing language skills and enjoying the flavors of the world we explore together. We believe that language and culture are best learned when experienced with all the senses!
