1-1 Help to Understand Fractions, Rates, Probabilities

I am offering clear and intuitive tutoring to help students solidly understand fractions -- what they are, their place in the scheme of numbers, how they work. Further, we can study and learn how fraction ratios figure into rates of change (slopes and curves), and how to analyze and use them algebraically and geometrically.
