In this 5-week flexible class, learners will be 'traveling' around the world, learning about their chosen country and about the other learner's chosen countries.

Hurry! The Outschool plane is going to take off soon, for a trip around the world! Where would you like to travel to first? At the beginning of the course, learners choose a country that they are interested in or may want to travel to someday. The country that they choose at the start of the course will be the country that they will focus on throughout the course in their research. In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
- Flipgrid
This course involves a research project throughout the course. It is highly recommended that the learner has access to the internet or books for them to properly research their chosen country. During the animal week, we will be discussing the good and bad types of animal tourism and why they have been deemed good or bad; such as animal captivity, abuse, and being taken away from their mothers at a young age. Everything will be explained in an age-appropriate manner and there will not be any photos shared that may be sensitive to some learners.
