Having tools to deal with "Heavy" emotions/feelings is key for overall health. We are emotional, physical, spiritual and mental beings. In this four week class, we'll learn how to find joy everyday and keep heavy emotions more at bay!

Class Experience

Students will learn that meditation and guided visualization can be easy.  All they need is a quiet, uninterrupted place for a little while and they can guide their inner self to a calmer day!
Students will learn tools they can use in their personal lives to help relieve the heaviness hard things can leave them feeling. They will feel empowered and be able to do their own meditations, saying affirmations to carry through their day that fit them personally!
I am a master NLP Practitioner and EFT Practitioner with my own private practice and have worked in private, public and special needs schools as an aid and teacher also owning my own preschool for 20+ years.

It has been my privilege over the last two decades to work with students from ages birth-18 years in all walks and conditions of life, guiding them through hard feelings that don't serve them or allow them to feel joy and peace!  I love the work I do!  Helping those I work with see they have all the tools to be in control of their own lives is to me the ultimate joy!
5-15 minutes of quietness each day to practice guided meditation
A quiet uninterrupted space to meditate and headphones for privacy if possible.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
For this class, please make sure your student has a quiet space and headphones (If possible). They will help them feel more private in their mindfulness/meditation session. The quiet place can be their bedroom, a quiet room with no distractions, even a closet.   If they need to move around during class, please turn off the video.  Make sure you're child is neither too hungry or too full from a meal when they arrive in class.  Either can distract them.   It's a good idea to remember a bathroom break before we begin class also.
