Every month, you’ll get a set number of credits that you can use to enroll in any Outschool class or tutoring session. If you're running low on credits, you can always purchase more. You can also roll over up to the total number of paid credits in your upcoming month plan.

Yes, credits roll over each month and never expire so long as you keep your membership. However, the rollover is capped at your membership plan’s credit limit. For example, if your plan provides 120 credits, you can roll over up to 120 unused credits, and any credits over 120 will not roll over.

If you cancel within the policy window, the credits will be returned to your membership credit balance. If this causes your balance to exceed the rollover limit, the excess credits won’t roll over to the following billing cycle. To avoid this, we recommend using the credits before the end of the current billing cycle.

Consider selecting a higher plan to receive a greater discount and enjoy more flexible credit rollover limits. Alternatively, you can opt for a lower plan and purchase additional credits as needed.

Yes! You can either join a membership or continue purchasing classes individually. Please note that individual purchases include a marketplace fee.

Yes– memberships include access to all classes, teachers, and formats, including semester-long and ongoing classes.

If you cancel your membership mid-term, you’ll remain enrolled in your classes. However, your payment method will switch to the weekly a la carte pricing.

Absolutely. Families can share one plan, and credits can be used seamlessly across multiple learners.

You can make changes or cancel your plan anytime by visiting the "Manage Membership" section in your account. All updates are processed through Stripe.

The marketplace fee applies to classes purchased outside of the membership plan. This fee helps support the platform's operations.
